Today bb blaze traing ~~~~can say it is fun also can sy it is stressful
hehehehe just joking hmmm let me start from where ..oh yeah i still remember we need to so called(hop up) the staircase from 2nd floor to 4th then walk down ~~then we run 2.4 around the canteen(16 rounds)~~~~woots!!!!!!hahahahahaha later we did sit-ups and must spell jurong west secondary school out hahahahah~~~~still got what hmmm oh then we went in gym to do certain sorts of excercise ~~~running ont the running machine,pull up,so called(bicycle, pulling,pushing)............

To me this a okay okay training , but next week training we would be sport based-games traning but we still don't know do what ~~~~~~~~then when ending.......forget it if i say i might get into trouble!!!!!!!!!!!=p

4 Then the astrologers answered the king in Aramaic, [c] "O king, live forever! Tell your servants the dream, and we will interpret it."
5 The king replied to the astrologers, "This is what I have firmly decided: If you do not tell me what my dream was and interpret it, I will have you cut into pieces and your houses turned into piles of rubble. 6 But if you tell me the dream and explain it, you will receive from me gifts and rewards and great honor. So tell me the dream and interpret it for me."
7 Once more they replied, "Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will interpret it."
8 Then the king answered, "I am certain that you are trying to gain time, because you realize that this is what I have firmly decided: 9 If you do not tell me the dream, there is just one penalty for you. You have conspired to tell me misleading and wicked things, hoping the situation will change. So then, tell me the dream, and I will know that you can interpret it for me."
10 The astrologers answered the king, "There is not a man on earth who can do what the king asks! No king, however great and mighty, has ever asked such a thing of any magician or enchanter or astrologer. 11 What the king asks is too difficult. No one can reveal it to the king except the gods, and they do not live among men."

21 He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

In the third year of the reign of Jehoiakim king of Judah, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came to Jerusalem and besieged it. 2 And the Lord delivered Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand, along with some of the articles from the temple of God. These he carried off to the temple of his god in Babylonia [a] and put in the treasure house of his god.
3 Then the king ordered Ashpenaz, chief of his court officials, to bring in some of the Israelites from the royal family and the nobility- 4 young men without any physical defect, handsome, showing aptitude for every kind of learning, well informed, quick to understand, and qualified to serve in the king's palace. He was to teach them the language and literature of the Babylonians. [b] 5 The king assigned them a daily amount of food and wine from the king's table. They were to be trained for three years, and after that they were to enter the king's service.
6 Among these were some from Judah: Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah. 7 The chief official gave them new names: to Daniel, the name Belteshazzar; to Hananiah, Shadrach; to Mishael, Meshach; and to Azariah, Abednego.
8 But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way. 9 Now God had caused the official to show favor and sympathy to Daniel, 10 but the official told Daniel, "I am afraid of my lord the king, who has assigned your [c] food and drink. Why should he see you looking worse than the other young men your age? The king would then have my head because of you."
11 Daniel then said to the guard whom the chief official had appointed over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, 12 "Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. 13 Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see." 14 So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days.
15 At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. 16 So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.
17 To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds.
18 At the end of the time set by the king to bring them in, the chief official presented them to Nebuchadnezzar. 19 The king talked with them, and he found none equal to Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah; so they entered the king's service. 20 In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom.
21 And Daniel remained there until the first year of King Cyrus.

Adventure camp was rather great for me
well we walk 30km, Jurongville to labador
park. my team has 2 jvss and 3 jwss
students, we reached first when we started
off the last. we took 5 hours to walk, the rest?
8 hours :)

well it was certainly God who let my team
be the first, showing that not the first
would win, just like the tortise and the hare.

It is important to note the following:
a) this is an adventure camp, and thus be ready and prepared to sleep outfield.

b) If you did not bring everything that’s required in the packing list, you will be send home to get them. The packing list is given because its important to have them so that you may have a smooth camping experience and for you own well-being.

c) Special note: Haversack (bag with two straps ) are required for the adventure topo exercise, i.e you are expected to be walking for 3-6 hours long, and carrying a Haversack is better for your back. NO slingbags are allowed, you will be send home to get a haversack if you forgot to bring.

d)Water hydration is essential to prevent heat exhaustion, a form of serious life-threatening injury. Thus, please bring 1.5 litre water bottle along too.
All said, we shall look forward to a time of great fun, meaningful and challenging adventurous experience this coming weekend. If you have not hand up your consent forms, please do so, latest by 26 May 2009, Tuesday to Miss Cindy Wong or your squad leaders.

As some may know i am gerard in Yi Xin's group

we came in as 71st position
when we were nearly the
last ten...

we started at Kim Seng Road
at 4.30am last saturday...
we were like super sleepy
but well.....

okay when the horn for
the start was blown,
we were slacking like what
on earth but well...

LEG 1

the horn started for leg 1,
we walked from Kim Seng
Road to many weird destinations
like the Singapore Flyer...
Explanade or whatever cos'
i don't know how spell....
anyway leg 1 ended at Kallang river,
end of topography and walking

LEG 2

Kayaking for 2ppl and
i was one of em'. It
was Yi Xin and me...
then Sun Yoong and
Jun Hong go walk
4.8km(2.4km to the place and back)
and we kayak like 4km...
my arm!!!!
when we(yi xin and i)
came back we were
the last ten then we thought
it was [THE END] for
us as we thought
we were the last few so
gone case already...
just have last. By the
way who even gives a
damn? but then things
lighten up when we saw
Kenneth Loo's team.
They were held back
because they lost the card then
need to find it(actually they were the first 60)
they delayed 2hrs like this

LEG 2-2

i saw my uncle for archery... with this
Sun Yoong we passed the station
easily while the others stayed there
well we were out of there by 1.00pm
before we went i apply some
first aid for Kang Le and Chee Meng
cos' they fell down...

LEG 3

cycling from east coast to bedok
wow it was like so long and we had
cramps.. dang but it was rather swift
and we were also supposed to carry
our bikes over an overhead bridge
so hard..

-ENDING-

we then strolled to springfield sec our
destination.. we went in and our
timing was like 8hrs 50mins
and we are the 71st position.
the first is 3hrs plus!!! crazy ppl!!!!
